New Franklin--William H Thomas, Jr., 83, passed away at his residence on Tuesday, September 26, 2023. He was born in Barberton, Ohio to William H and Anna M Thomas and graduated from Hower Vocational School. He retired from the Cuyahoga Valley Railway as an engineer and brakeman.

He is preceded in death by son, Michael Kevin Thomas. He is survived by loving wife of fifty-seven years, Mary Angela (nee Vorhies) Thomas and son, Mark Thomas.

Cremation has taken place. Inurnment will be at Manchester Cemetery at a later date.
