Bart William Ford Hungerford Sr., 61 years old of New Franklin, passed away July 20, 2023. Bart was born January 27, 1962 in Akron, Ohio to Betty Nuzum and George Hungerford. Bart worked as a plumber for many years. He enjoyed being the life of the party, fishing, being a PaPa and playing with his grandkids. Many of Barts favorite memories included spending time on Portage Lakes.
Bart is survived by his mother, Betty Nuzum and Father George Hungerford. His three children, Nicole Twiddy (Jason), Kristina Hookway (Dustin) and Bart Hungerford Jr (Jessica). Bart was a grandfather to eight beautiful grandchildren, Dustin, Abrianna, Reagan, Blake, Emberlynn, Skylynn, Rylynn and Brayden. He is also survived by his sister Tammy Iacobucci (John) many nieces, nephews and cousins. Bart’s fiancé, Debbie Sawyer, will cherish many memories made over the past 9 years. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The American Heart Association in memory of Bart Hungerford.
