Alice V. (Adrat) Perkins

Alice V. (nee Adrat) Perkins, formerly of Chagrin Falls, Ohio, passed away at the age of 84 on October 13, 2017 at Summa Barberton Hospital from Alzheimers.

She was born in Queens, NY on October 20, 1932 to William and Alice (nee Bouecher) Adrat.  She was preceded in death by her husband Bruce H. Perkins.  Survivors include her five children and 9 grandchildren.  Her family and friends will miss her dearly.

Funeral services will be held Monday, October 16 at 6 p.m. at Lord of Life Lutheran Church, 17989 Chillicothe Rd., Chagrin Falls, OH 44023.  Family and friends will be received from 5 p.m. until the time of the service at the church.
